After completing your meditation 2 weeks ago I had a very strong belief that my body was ready to carry a baby. Then I took my first pregnancy test in over 6 months and it was POSITIVE!!!  Why is it important? 3 reasons:

To calm your nervous system.

Meditation shifts your mind+body out of the sympathetic state of fight or flight, and into the parasympathetic state of rest and digest, which is ideal for conception — but also for a happy, healthy, long-ass life.

Other side effects include: helps chronic pain, drastically reduces anxiety, improves heart health, boosts your mood and immunity and my personal fav, it increases your awareness to limiting beliefs so that you can shift them into thoughts that support the life you dream of having.

Did you know that your brain doesn’t know the difference between what is real, and what is imagined?

In one study, researchers took brain scans of volunteers who played a sequence of piano notes each day — and another group of volunteers who just imagined playing the same sequence of piano notes. Brain scans reflected the same neural changes in those who actually played, and those who just imagined.

In one of the guided meditations, I invite you to imagine a beautiful, ideal scene. Let’s say for example, you imagine yourself walking on the beach in Maui, with a 6-month pregnant belly. Your brain will begin to release chemicals and hormones to help make this image a living, breathing reality.

I had a miscarriage this year. This was my first pregnancy and I was devastated that I lost the baby I want so so so bad. Since then, I have felt a disconnect from myself and my husband. I more I felt like my dream of a baby was slipping further away the more disconnected I became. It was a vicious circle of grief and disconnection.

I just did the “spirit baby” meditation. When I started visualizing my baby I started to sway naturally which caught me by surprise because when I was pregnant and I thought about the baby in my belly I would sway and dream of holding my baby in my arms. Then when I opened my heart tears started falling from my eyes as I realized one life changing thing....

I didn’t lose my baby that day. My baby has been there all along I just needed to process my grief and be ready to open my heart to them again. I felt a beautiful shimmering white energy all through by body and I heard my baby say “see, I have been here all along”.
